DEXIM has a fleet of four trawlers equipped with state-of-the-art technology that carry out daily fishing operations of hake (Merluccius gayi) a few hours from the port of Paita; which allows processing of a high-quality product.

The other species: giant squid (Dosidicus gigas), loligo squid (Loligo vulgaris), scallops (Pectidinae), anchovy (Engraulis ringen), prawns (Dendrobranchiata), etc. are acquired from the artisanal fleet that operates in the area, which meets all the quality requirements demanded by the company.
